Core Principles

CargoMon helps shippers and forwarders exchange quotes safely and efficiently.

Acceptable Behavior

• Provide accurate cargo and shipping details
• Submit fair quotes and negotiate professionally
• Treat others with respect

Prohibited Behavior

1. Fraud and misinformation: Fake cargo, false quotes, price manipulation
2. Harassment and hate: Abuse, discrimination, threats, sexual harassment
3. Spam: Repetitive ads, irrelevant promotion, bulk messaging
4. Illegal cargo: Drugs, weapons, smuggling, or other unlawful goods
5. Privacy violations: Sharing contact info without consent, stalking
6. Service abuse: Bots, scraping, API abuse

Reporting and Enforcement

• Use in-app report features on chat and quote screens.
• Confirmed violations may result in warnings, feature limits, or suspension.
• Blocked users cannot exchange messages with you.

Offline Mesh Chat

• Bluetooth proximity chat (~100m range).
• Do not collect personal data without consent in public spaces.
• Actual range varies by environment.
