How do I get a freight quote?

Create an RFQ with cargo details. Forwarders can submit quotes. Displayed reference rates (Freightos) are indicative only; final pricing comes from forwarder quotes.

How do I contact support?

Email belatri.info@gmail.com with your app version, device model, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

How do I delete my data?

You can edit profile data in-app. For full deletion requests, email belatri.info@gmail.com from the address linked to your profile.

Push notifications not working?

Check device Settings > Notifications > CargoMon. Ensure you allowed notifications when prompted in the app.

Bluetooth mesh chat

Available for forwarders in supported builds. Range is approximately 100 m and varies by environment. Requires Bluetooth permission.
