CargoMon Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Dongle ("we", "us") operates CargoMon in compliance with applicable privacy laws and Apple/Google app store policies.
2. Information We Collect

3. How We Collect
- Directly when you enter profile, quote, or chat data
- Automatically when registering device tokens (if notifications are enabled)
- When Bluetooth mesh is active, nearby device discovery metadata
4. Purposes of Use
- Freight quote matching and chat
- Push notifications (new RFQs, quotes, messages)
- Abuse prevention and report handling
- Service improvement and error analysis
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only:
- With your consent
- When required by law
- With infrastructure providers: Firebase (push), Nostr relays, AWS (backend API)
6. International Transfers
Nostr relays and cloud servers may be located outside your country. Messages are end-to-end encrypted (NIP-04).
7. Retention
- Profile and local chats: until app deletion or your request
- Server device tokens: until push opt-out or deletion request
- Reports: per legal and internal policy requirements
8. Your Rights
You may:
- Access and update profile data in-app
- Request deletion via belatri.info@gmail.com
- Opt out of notifications in device settings
- Revoke Bluetooth/camera permissions in device settings
9. Children
CargoMon is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
10. Security
- Nostr private keys: iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences
- TLS for HTTPS and WSS
- End-to-end message encryption (NIP-04)
